ESSENCE ART
Sometimes art can be found in ordinary closeups, suitably cropped to focus the viewer. These are the most common in Max’s vocabulary. He can spot an artful photograph when walking, when others might be nagging him to hurry and catch up. Nonetheless, he takes one or two quick photos, at a minimum. Photos cannot wait for you to come back later: The light has changed; a Tesla has moved into the parking space. If he doesn’t snap when the moment is there, his artful vision is lost.
